DenmarkIt is too much to provide 1 star. The Company has never delivered the product and refuse to pay back the money. So they steal your money.
DenmarkTerrible experience – would never recommend I waited 2.5 months for the lamp to arrive. When it finally came, it turned out to be shipped from China and made of cheap, low-quality materials – despite the company presenting itself as Dutch and using the name "Copenhagen" on their website, which I found misleading. When I wanted to return it, I had to handle everything myself. The webshop service offered almost no help. It cost me 100 EUR to send the lamp back to China. Now the package is stuck in Chinese customs, and although they claim to have emailed the webshop with instructions, the company says they haven't received anything and tells me to contact customs mysel, which direct me back to them. It’s a complete mess, and I’ve now lost 300 EUR for absolutely nothing. I would never, ever recommend this company to anyone.
United KingdomUpdate: a second delivery was received despite cancellation 2 months prior, and on requesting a paid returns HR Lampe repeatedly respond with a stock answer “Please allow us 2 to 3 days to gather the necessary details and coordinate with our colleagues. Once I have the information, I will get back to you promptly with an update or resolution”. Chargeback process is ongoing. Original: Due to the delivery not arriving within needed time frame I cancelled my order and refused the delivery, returning package to sender. HRLampe (Misterlamp) reply to emails but repeatedly do not refund with evidence of return, and even sent more goods again. Chargeback initiated through Nordea.
DenmarkSCAM ! I was waiting for the lamp 3 weeks. When finally I received it, it was damaged in many places and "metal" part was broken just in the middle of the lamp. The colour of parts was different from each other (3 different colours of gold). I have ordered warm light and received cold. VERY BAD QUALITY, DON'T PURCHASE THERE.
