AustraliaMy husband and I attended the Belmont branch to have our returns done. Paid on the spot. only to learn two weeks later that the returns were never filed. Have called and was advised it was done but then only one submitted. Called again and even after speaking to a district manager return still not filed. What a disaster.

AustraliaI booked in a session just to have some advice about PSI rules as the rest of my return was complete. They had no idea how to even start to answer that question and responded with "they only know how to use their system"....e.g. click next, next, finish. If they knew how tax works the tools being used shouldn't matter.....but they obviously didn't know. The supervisor also had no idea about PSI rules and couldn't help me. I would avoid them unless you have a very basic tax return (e.g. teenagers)
