GBGBI dont understand how they get away with the blatant misrepresentation you come here because you dont have a guarantor half way through the forms you find out they want £300 per month which is fair enough but want a co-signer that is another word for ....a guarantor .....unbelievable semantics

Was going through the process of using Housing hand as a guarantor. After over a month of delays and poor communication from Housing Hand - our landlord actually said we didn’t need a guarantor anymore because she did not like working with them and how long things took. I paid £111 to use their service. We didn’t require any cover or service from them and yet they took £78 of ‘admin fees’ and refunded me the remaining. This refund was only done after 7 weeks of chasing via phone and email. They had confused email communication which contradicted themselves and looked really unprofessional. Awful company, uninformed staff and blatant ignorance as a whole.
