Ordered a dress December 2025 - despite getting one email from Sarah saying it had been dispatched- it never was. No contact since I asked for my money back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
I ordered an item Nov. 2025 and have not received it still. I had been in communication with them and ever since they stated that the product is being prepared for shipment (two weeks ago) all communication has ended. It's odd because I have ordered from them before and shipment was prompt. I don't understand what has happened and why the lack of communication and service. I have contacted my bank with chargeback request as I don't know what else to do. Feels as if they have stolen money from me. Yet, they continue to send promo emails about how they are low in stock and urging people to buy it before they run out of the product. Would not recommend this place at all. Once chargeback request is complete I'll be putting this company and matter behind me. What a disappointment.
If I could give a zero star rating I would. Do not order from this company. They take your money, leave you without your products, and to make matters worse they refuse to communicate when you attempt to follow it all up! I ordered a dress at the beginning of November 2025 and now, at the end of January 2026, I still am yet to receive my order. I have emailed the support address several times and was met with either an AI chat bot response or no response at all. I tried messaging on instagram and was surprised when I had contact - things seemed to be looking up. But then I was ghosted. Save yourself the heartache, buy elsewhere.
One star because I could not give zero. It started out well. I ordered and got a reply to my follow up enquiry. However, after that there was no reply to multiple emails. Dresses never received and I am requesting a chargeback from the credit card company as a result.
