Two paid items were missing from the package. I provided clear proof of purchase, including order confirmations, payment receipts and photos of the package, yet the company refuses to take responsibility and will not send the missing products or issue a refund. What is completely outrageous is that the customer care team had the audacity to insinuate that I was lying about the two missing items I actually paid for. They showed arrogance and complete unprofessionalism, prioritizing baseless excuses over resolving the issue. It is absolutely unacceptable to pay for items and not receive them, after also being accused of lying. This was my first order, and it will definitely be my last. Based on this experience, I strongly advise against buying from this company. Their handling of orders and customer service is arrogant, frustrating, and disrespectful to paying customers.

I’ve had the worst experience with Housebrand’s customer service. I ordered several items and needed to return some of them, but the process was a nightmare. First, I couldn’t create a return label, and the explanation I received from customer service felt like a poor excuse rather than a real solution. Instead of providing a label, they arranged for a driver to collect the package from my home. The collection was scheduled for two separate days — yet no one showed up either time. This level of disorganization and lack of follow-through is completely unacceptable for a company that sells online. I wasted my time waiting, received no real support, and still had my return unresolved. I will think twice before ever shopping here again, and I cannot recommend Housebrand based on this experience.

as a frequent shopper at this store , i never had a problem with the irl store - kind staff , quality clothes , clean dressing rooms but i decided one day that i wanted to make an online order just this one time.. only for my small order to get completly f--cked. not only did the order take MUCH more time than it should've to arrive , but i was also met with the unpleasant surprise of missing one item - tho the cost of it was removed from the total. at the time , before opening the package, i didnt get it why my order cost less , until i went home to open it and see that i didnt get everything. after a few days , i thought i'd give the site one more shot , and i went along and bought the missing item , tho this time i chose to pay w/ card. big mistake. how unlucky could've i have been to proceed w/ that online payment right when the site got into "maintenance". then , when i come back to it a few minutes later , the order hadnt been completed , tho the money had been already paid. havent got a refund or a response to this day , even after contacting them via email and using their "ai chatbot" (which is just useless) too bad that their site is shitty , cuz the irl store is actually pretty good ;(

I tried to return pans I bought literally less than 24 hours after purchasing and House does not offer returns or refunds. The store staff was extremely rude and and unhelpful just basically “too bad so sad”. I’m honestly not even sure how that’s legal for them to do. Shop somewhere else that actually cares about their customers.
