bad service!, when calling they didn't respond. They've put me on wait more than 30min. I have booked a repair. no one showed up!

Brand new fridge went wrong within 2 weeks, was promised a replacement which never materialised. After hours on the phone being shunted from dept. to dept. gave up and asked for a complete refund. Asked for an address where I could send a complaint and was told you can only make complaints over the phone. Useless company , avoid Hotpoint, Beko , Whirlpool all the same company.

I have a young baby and have spent £100's in the launderette, whilst I wait for a part to be delivered. I have had an engineer visit rebooked, week after week, still no part. It's been months. I asked for a full refund, they refused to give me one - even though the only reason it's not fixed yet is because they are incompetent.

Absolutely vile service delaying my appointment up to week 😡 with no washing machine ✊ they should have emergency call outs through the Easter holiday ,😡 not good enough my washing machine is starting to smell they don't care they just delay things I've got to chase it up yet again after work because they are being difficult in the times around my job 😡
