SpainI wanted to return 2 items in my order. There is no address to return the items to, none of the return websites work. I have email customer service 5 times and call the numbers available another 5 and no answer. They owe me 200 euros
SpainI placed an order and didn´t even get an order confirmation. Then the order arrived well past the stated delivery window—by then I was already on vacation. The items don’t fit, and the return/exchange option in my online account disappeared. I’ve emailed multiple times with no reply, and phone calls only reach voicemail. To make things worse, I don’t even know where to send a return to get my money back—there’s no clear return address or instructions anywhere. I would happily exchange for a different size or just return for a refund, but I can’t get any response or contact from the company. Extremely disappointing.

Germanythe worst. ordered 2x - both times 4 weeks later the products hadn't been shipped and I had to cancel the order. complete waste of my time
