SpainBEWARE. They are scammers. As they deal with everything on the phone have never received a contract where I can read the conditions. So at some point they changed my rates without prior notificatiin at the end of the yearly period (as it is mandatory in Spain) so I was was paying the double without being aware. When I have realized and I wanyed to cancel the account which services I al not using since the yearly period started. They have denied so and also they don’t provide all the paperwork requested. They are tricky and hide information from the customers.
