I bought a sofa for £1400 and they randomly messaged me that they forgot to update their stock and they actually don't have it. My money is processing back and have to now wait for it to come back lol NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I had read a lot of the negative reviews about this company and had meant to order my two sofas, available from several suppliers, from another store. I had the items in my cart from a few different stores so I could know the final price to me including shipping and taxes, etc. I accidently clicked and paid from Home Elements by mistake and didn't realize my error until the next day. However, I was able to contact a knowledgeable live rep the next day, which made me feel better, plus the price was so good and I felt that I could use buyer protection from Pay Pal if things went south, so I decided to take a chance and keep the order. I am very glad that I did. I received my two couches in perfect condition in less then three weeks, which is great in the middle of a pandemic, with numerous supply chain issues. The automated notifications were sufficient from both the store and their delivery service that I never needed to contact a live rep again to know what was going on. I did have a couple delivery delays due to driver illness and an ice storm but AM Trucking kept my informed and the pandemic has taught me to be more tolerant of delays and I am grateful to receive some products, like furniture, in any reasonable amount of time. I know for a fact that some furniture items are out for months away, because I am still patiently waiting for a special furniture order from a trusted brick and mortar store that we've used for years which we ordered in October 2021 that's not due to be filled until April 2022. I can only attest that for us Home Elements delivered a quality product at a great price with free delivery and in a reasonable amount of time while auto communicating with us every step of the way and with access to a live representative when we reached out for reassurance. We are very happy with their service and their product.

My wife and I ordered a dining room table with chairs And a bench as a set from home element and the next day they tell us we purchased just the table And took down their post selling the set as a whole. Of course I declined the order but I still feel they should have honored the purchase since I knew for a fact what they did. Be cautious ordering from this place.. things change on a dime!

I bought a Jackson sectional from Homelement. Shipping process is terrible. They would not arrange otherwise . It’s curbside delivery . I live in an apt and this was a very stressful experience. Don’t buy from this company.
