Awful company to use for home cover. We were left without heating and hot water last year. Everytime we called, we were told our job was logged and someone would be out shortly. This went on for four days! After being lied to constantly by each customer service adviser, we eventually got someone out to fix the issue. I put in a formal complaint and never got anything back after the 8 week extension they requested. Their customer service is shocking and I can only advise that you go with someone else. My policy auto-renewed, even though I requested this not be the case when I put in my complaint. They have taken two lots of £40+ pound this month and I've now had to pay £35 to cancel the policy! Disgusting
