GBGBSent me the wrong sofa, and now that I’ve requested a return. I’m getting no reply through email, been more than 2 days now.
GBGBAnother day has passed and still no refund, please avoid using them, cheap prices yes, but you seriously get what you pay for. Pay a little extra and go elsewhere, you will regret using them
GBGBI am pleased with my sofa. Arrived on the day it should have minus the 30 min call before arrival. However the bottom of my sofas were wet. The cardboard surrounding the sofa was also wet with no explaintion of why.
GBGBI recently ordered a infant lamborghini toy car for £100+ however once received I returned item for refund. had to pay myself for return postage.As well as return I was promised I will receive refund in 6-10 working days. Which had never happened.I called homedone customer service again again been promised refund will arrive 2-3 working days that did not happen...several calls and emails and still waiting for my refund....AVOID AVOID AVOID
