GBGBVisited HHC after being recommended by a friend, researched the company and the surgeon (Dr. Kunnure) and decided to go ahead with the procedure. From the moment I walked into the clinic I felt really at ease and all the staff conducted themselves in a very professional and friendly manner. Aftercare has been spot on, cannot fault the whole experience at HHC. Can’t comment on the results of my transplant yet. However, the work looks very tidy compared to other friends who have had transplants elsewhere. I’m excited to see how it progresses. GBGBCan not argue with the professionalism of the place but unfortunately did not get my desired result & the contact post-surgery could maybe do with improvement. have previously attempted to give my concerns on the results which in fairness, they gave me a free PRP session which didn’t seem to do much - again this can work better for some more than others so no fault of their own. I had my consultation with Kevin in Newcastle who was great and very knowledgeable and this seemed the best out of all the clinics I had spoken to prior to this so was happy to go ahead with hillside hair clinic after this. I had my surgery with Dr. Ganesh Krishnan, him and his technicians were absolutely great on the day, very nice treat me really well and made me feel very comfortable during the whole procedure and they liked to make sure I was comfortable during the whole procedure, which I was. I can still see results from my surgery and my hairline is slightly better and I have slightly more confidence in it since my procedure, I just haven’t achieved the density I would have liked and that I had imagined in some areas. I hate to leave such a low review for such a place that made me feel so great on the day of the surgery, but as previously stated it is hard to contact Hillside Hair clinic once your surgery is done with any concerns etc and their correspondence isn’t great as an example for the appointment where I had stated my concerns and got a free PRP session I had to go on their website and initiate as if I was looking to get a consultation for a new hair transplant. The contact issues may or may not have changed since then but I was left feeling a bit deflated after my last appointment so I haven’t bothered attempting again since as it is about a 7 hour round trip each visit and my FUE procedure was complete in December of 2020. I have waited this long to review as I had hopes of getting some sort of correspondence via email or it looking better in time. Although it hasn’t met my desired density it may work great for someone else and I would like to still thank the team for making me so at ease in my time spent there.
GBGBAwful from start to finish. Feb 2023 Staff were rude and and made fun of another patient whilst I was in the waiting room Cancelled my original method (Choi Pen) on the day of my operation and did not want to refund the deposit Failed to take bloods for PRP treatment after several attempts and after contacting again, no response even though payments are still being taken. Hair follicles are not aligned and looks a messy and areas are thinning around area of works.
GBGBSo after doing the usual research on Google comparing lots of clinics in the area and around the country I found HHC (Nottingham clinic) around 2 years ago, they had great reviews and it looked a very professional state of the art clinic but I was thinking it would be extremely expensive However 2 years later and after having consultations (which are free), PRP treatments and two hair transplants (front & crown) during this period and also using some of their products I can say numerous things • It’s not as expensive as you might think despite the very high standards and quality of service they provide (besides its better to pay a little more for better quality and safety) • The staff are lovely and look after you from start to finish nothings too much trouble, everyone from the receptionists to the surgeons are very professional and carry out their jobs to a 5 star standard • The hair transplants were carried out by Dr Kunnure who I can’t recommend highly enough the procedures were almost made to look and feel easy with him and his team and the results so far have been fantastic Seeing as the consultations are free and can be very informative it’s worth just going for one and exploring your options, so don’t hesitate the longer you put things off generally the worse they get especially where hair is concerned and I speak from experience So just do it !! You won’t regret visiting this clinic, I certainly haven’t
