I purchased what I thought was a normal sized can of rust remover. What turned up was a can of rust remover, but ,it is the size of a small perfume spray. It is not the same can what the advert shows. A complete rip off. I have requested the address to which I can return it. I bet it is a Chinese address and not a uk address even though it alleges it is a uk company. When dealing with this company it is a case of let the buyer beware

bought the Cat, very excited for a small family member to get this. The phone nr starts with 0041.. and they write about Craftwork your expecting something special and the price was €79.99 for €39.99 so that must be something special. Suddenly someone told me, look on this website it’s for sale for € 10 and another wel known site £15 so when you see handmade and receive the small lamp made from modified plastic. Always check Ali…press first was his advise, it took 2 weeks before you got this because it comes from China!!!!! so you can imagine my disappointment, because you expect something nice for a child around Christmas. it’s not about customers it’s only about cheap products for much more money than it’s worth.it tells me, go to a shop if you want to buy, for you can touch and see it for yourself. The delivery in the Netherlands

Chineese company that does not comply with EU law about 30-day returns of products. Shame.

DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY !!! THIS COMPANY IS THE MOST DISHONEST AND UNRELIABLE COMPANY THAT I'VE EVER ORDERED FROM IN 40 YEARS !!! MY ORDER TOOK 14 DAYS TO ARRIVE, NOT THE 4-7 BUSINESS DAYS THAT I WAS QUOTED, AND THE COMPANY NEVER TOLD ME THE NAME OF THE DELIVERY COMPANY THEY USE IN THE UK, SO I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW THAT IT WAS BEING DELIVERED BY ROYAL MAIL !!! ROYAL MAIL TOOK 3 ATTEMPTS TO DELIVER TO ME, AND BY CHANCE, I HAPPENED TO BE AT HOME ON THE 3RD ATTEMPT. THE ITEM IN QUESTION COST ME £29.99, AND LOTS OF STRESS !!! THE EXACT SAME ITEM CAN BE BOUGHT ON AMAZON FOR £5.99, PLUS A DELIVERY CHARGE OF £5. I REALLY WISH THAT I'D READ THE POOR REVIEWS ON THIS SITE, BECAUSE I WOULD NEVER HAVE ORDERED FROM THEM IF I HAD !!! THEY STOPPED REPLYING TO ME AFTER MY 2ND EMAIL TO THEM. AVOID THIS COMPANY !!! - THEY WILL JUST PRETEND TO CARE, BUT THE ONLY THING THEY CARE ABOUT IS TAKING YOUR MONEY. DON'T BELIEVE WHAT THEY TELL YOU, BECAUSE IT WON'T BE TRUE. ALSO, THE ADVERT FOR THE CAT LAMP IS GENERATED BY A.I. IT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE WHAT YOU ACTUALLY RECEIVE. IT DEFINITELY ISN'T 'HAND PAINTED, AS THEY CLAIM, AND USES LOW-QUALITY MATERIALS IN ITS' MANUFACTURE.
