United KingdomWhere do I start. This dodge clinic will take your money and probably leave you scarred for life. From the hospital to the service was just disgraceful and disrespectful to a UK 🇬🇧 going for treatment. I found the management of this place unhelpful and once they have ur money they will run. And leave you in the hands of a taxi to make your own way. My friend was due to have operation there. Once there he had doubts about service and professional standards. Which by the staff that work here leaves nothing to the imagination they are rude and never gave my friend His refund they robbed him of over two grand and never carried out the treatment plan. One of there staff said he would be back at work after the operation within two weeks on the morning of procedure the surgeon came and said this was not the case and he was given wrong information it would take at least 8weeks to recover. They feed you wrong information just to collect ur cash day light robbery. And have left my friend without his operation and over two grand down. Dishonest attitude and very bad non existent customer service for clients. I will be going to the local papers when home About this service. I also obtained a police report. Which I am going to give to my lawyer when home. Please be careful when using this dodge company.
United KingdomNever ever use this company for crowns if you plan on going to the dentist in Istanbul. Crook, take your money, file your teeth down too small (UK dentist confirmed) I’ve now needed multiple work done, 2 return visits. Now needed more work and since I’ve made a complaint I’ve been repeatedly ignored on WhatsApp, Facebook & email. I repeat DO NOT use Hermes for teeth. I have all correspondence saved, texts everything. I need to formally raise this again because the 8×8 crowns I had done in June 2023 are still failing. I have now had repeated problems even after returning to the clinic in April 2024, January 2025 where I needed more crowns, root canals and work, and I am still experiencing issues. I was never informed that my jaw structure would affect the outcome, and my teeth were filed down far more than necessary. A dentist in my home country has confirmed that the work was not done to an acceptable standard and that corrective treatment is now required. At this point, this is a treatment failure, not a normal complication. I am requesting a refund to cover the corrective work. If we cannot resolve this directly, I will have to escalate it through: – The Turkish Ministry of Health (SABİM 184) – Health Tourism authorities – Accreditation bodies – A dental malpractice lawyer in Turkey I would prefer to resolve this with you professionally. From stepping off of the plane,meeting at the airport, the transfer to the hospital went very smoothly. My gastric sleeve op and care whilst there was out of this world. My partner and autistic son were made very welcome and Bubu was extremely helpful with explaining everything to myself and my partner. His happy, funny and caring nature was lovely, he really is such a beautiful human being. He answered questions, translated and looked after us. The nurses are so kind, understanding and work so incredibly hard, I will forever be thankful for their care and warmth towards myself and family. The hospital and hotel was extremely clean, beautiful and the swimming pool was a bonus. Highly recommend Hermes Clinics especially Istanbul.
