I had a very disappointing experience with Helvetic Clinics, I gave it one star because I can't give less than that. The prices are high and yet the quality of the service does not match what was promised or advertised.What was more troubling however was the attitude of the dentist, he clearly crossed professional boundaries and behaved in a way that was completely inappropriate. I found the attitude extremely disrespectful, lacking compassion and frankly shocking. The dentist has no moral compass or sense of shame, at times the treatment felt punitive rather than patient focused, which is deeply concerning. And even if you complain to the management about the mistreatment, nothing will be done about it since they cover for each other.I would not recommend this clinic.

I flew 15 hours from Florida to Budapest for dental work but when I arrived, it was determined that the quote i was provided and based my trip off off was incomplete and did not include my most urgent issue. This was never brought to my attention ahead of the trip. The amount doubled. A classic bait and switch scam. Prior to booking, I sent my CT scan and detailed plan from a local surgeon so there is no reason that I should have been provided an incomplete quote OR they could have clearly specified that the teeth at issue were not included in my quote. I also requested anesthesia and it was discussed and confirmed prior to my trip. At my appointment, they had no knowledge of this and tried to talk me out of it only to call me days later to say it had in fact been arranged and scheduled when I originally booked my appointment. The incompetence was frightening and I could not go through with this company.

They tried to sell things I didn't need. I asked for a minimalistic treatment, and they pushed hard for the exact opposite, loads of things I simply did not need. They would not listen to what I wanted. Very profit-driven. I also went for a cleaning, which was fine. They are technically fine, and efficient with foreigners who need everything in a day or two, but I was glad to get a second opinion and I went elsewhere.

My wife and I first visited this dental clinic in Budapest in 2021, and since then, I’ve undergone extensive dental work, including 10 implants. Throughout this entire journey, I have felt completely supported by the care, expertise, and professionalism of the multidisciplinary team. Most recently, I experienced an issue with some previous work. Without any hesitation, the clinic reviewed my situation thoroughly, discussed all the available options with me, and then arranged for me to return to Budapest so that all the remedial work could be completed — entirely under guarantee. The clinic truly went above and beyond to ensure I received the very best outcome. Their commitment to follow-up is exceptional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking dental treatment in a supportive and professional environment.
