Since 1989, we have been providing compassionate, person-centred care at home to individuals across the UK. Our journey started in a small house in Warwickshire, and today, we have over 150 branches across the country. This growth has allowed us to extend our exceptional care and make a bigger difference while allowing our customers to remain in the place they love. Our carers are kind and compassionate individuals who always go the extra mile. They are fully trained to provide the highest level of care, no matter what condition you are living with. We are also recognised for delivering specialist dementia care, a service we have enhanced through our partnership with the Alzheimer’s Society. This has allowed us to provide our carers with dementia training to help support our customers living with different types of dementia. Our service is fully regulated and monitored by the Care Quality Commission and Care Inspectorate Wales. We are proud to have received an overall rating of GOOD, and the CIW reported that our carers go “above and beyond, doing things that are ‘not on the list’.See more

A huge thank you from Lithuania! We would like to sincerely thank this company for responding to our call for help and getting in touch with us. Thanks to you, our relative was found in the hospital, his ward was located, and you even spoke with the doctors. We are extremely grateful that you gave us the opportunity to speak with him directly via a video call – it truly means a lot to us.Thank you for your care, responsiveness, and humanity. In the future, if needed, we will definitely use your services again and highly recommend you to others.Once again, our heartfelt thanks!
Helping Hands were very kind and understanding and friendly. Although my mother only had the care for a week, it reassured my sister and me that she was being visited when we weren’t there. Thank you

As a member of staff they let there clients down and there not a good company to be with or work I would not let any member of a family have this company care for anyone absolutely terrible I’ve reported things to help the clients and it goes on deaf ears
I was not satisfied at all the way Amber dealt with my dead grandma she is revolting and I seen her take money out her handbag and when it was reported to other staff they said they will deal with it and it hasn’t iv googled about this vile person and have discovered she was in a drug and money laundering situation I don’t think this is appropriate to have working there to be around vulnerable old people.
