Absolutely rubbish. Didn’t clean it the first time, told me they would send people out again to do it and guess what they don’t show. Then when I phone they do nothing, they refuse to book another time slot or to refund me. Asked to be put through to someone of senior management and the guy says he doesn’t have the authority to put me through to anyone. Scam company. Stay away from this company, stay as far away as possible. To answer their reply, nobody was refused at the door, I went to work which I phoned and told them. I would never use foul language, and nobody was subjected to anything from me. Lies, lies, and more lies. Dodgy company, rude, unprofessional, and refusal to do their job. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR I will now be letting trading standards deal with it. And my evidence speaks for itself.
