NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!Arrived late!NO protective work wear!The ONLY tools they had were a scraper, brillo pad and a can of Mr Muscle, NOTHING ELSE!!! I have seen other oven cleaner peoples vans with dip tanks in the back, this person arrived in his own car so he didn't have room for a dip tank!!!They did just enough but after they had gone, my wife and I looked closer there were still bits that we have now done.Whilst "cleaning" NONE of the knobs were done plus other bits and the "main" cleaner stated that it is "company policy" NOT to take apart glass doors in case of breakage. Where does it state that???If I had of know this I would NOT have proceeded with Hello Services!!!Plus the rave reviews, I do wonder if they are ALL valid???I paid £160.00 for a professional job but I didn't get the service, NOT WORTH THE MONEY and I shall be in-contact for a refund!!!Hello Services have a professional looking web site so why didn't I get a professional job???04/11/2025I've had an email from the company stating that they must be allowed to return so they can rectify the outstanding problems as there is a no refund policy.They are NOT allowed back and we'll see about the refund!
