I called 111 on Boxing Day, had been given the wrong information twice, referred to a service that was closed, was waiting a call back at 6pm to book me an OOH appointment which would likely have been another 5-8 hour wait. I remembered this service, I called up and within 2 hours, I’d had my appointment, consultation and received my prescription. Fantastic service.
