This is a very nice company with good furniture at reasonable prices. They communicate well and are responsive to questions. The young man who came was very nice and helpful - I just wish he did not have to unload most of the truck to get to my 2 pieces of furniture!
Good delivery experience and service
disappointment. We bought two sofas. After one day, the two sofas started to make noises. Both of them. The seller takes no reaponsabily and suggested to tighten screws or lubricate joints, so basically I need to fix the sofas, if it's even possible. Terribly experience. We were encouraged by the good reviews, and were shocked with this response. So don't expect the seller to take any responsabilty what so ever. They could have said that they will send someone to check it, suggest to fix it. But they just said that it is not their problem because it was ok when we checked it when buying (basically we sat on it once or twice for few seconds). I'm 45 years old and this is defintely one of the worse buying experiences I ever had.
