NEVER PURCHSE FROM HAND-TOOLS! They sent me a knife with stains on the blade that were so bad I could not clean it off. They begrudgingly agreed to exchange it, but they made ME pay for the return shipping on a knife they never checked before they sent. I picked out a knife for the exchange which clearly stated 8 were currently in stock. I even confirmed this with the "staff" and they wrote me back that it was in stock. Here we are, 3 weeks later and I've yet to receive that "in stock" item. I wrote to cancel the order and was told it was special order and it cannot be cancelled. Special order in stock items are a real thing now....I guess...right? So then I try to call to talk to a manager and after getting a voicemail 5 times that was always too full to leave a message, I finally get a call back. Not a manager to apologize and make it right, no a manger to tell me that the original knife I sent back that was stained "wasn't that bad and I should have put a little effort into cleaning off the blade next time before wasting their time and sending it back". So now even after all that I was sent another email....but the person I originally spoke with and was told my knife would ship that day. That was 5 days ago now and the tracking number still says "preshipment label created" but no pickup received by the USPS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUNCH OF CON ARTISTS!

I was skeptical at first; the optics of the site, the improbably low price on a discontinued high-end item that was sold out nationwide. It took exactly 2 weeks from time of order to receive my purchase (as stated in the fine print, which I didn’t read) but the product was exactly as described & at approximately 30% off retail. I am thoroughly satisfied with my purchase & I highly recommend this retailer.
I found the website difficult to navigate. Search was flustrating .took too too too much time. So i did not make a purchase

Miller • 5 minutes ago I DO NOT recommend Hand-Tools.com. I placed an order almost two weeks ago. I did not get an email confirmation or receipt until today, and I have not received my order. I had to send them two emails, one phone call and register a complaint with PayPal. Finally, I received an email receipt with a tracking number, but it has not been sent. If you call customer service, it immediately goes to voicemail.
