Do not use this site. I thought I was booking direct with the hotel. When I received my confirmation email after paying for my accommodation, I got no copy of invoice or receipt. Something I need to attach my my client bills /expense claims. When I asked the hotel directly -they were wonderful (Rydges Wellington) - they were only able to forward me the receipt/invoice related to the payment they received from this website. Almost half of what I paid them. So I'm unable to claim my expenses correctly. When I tried to contact this website the automated voice and email system requires a confirmation number or itinerary number to proceed -something they conveniently never provide at time of booking and payment. It's now impossible for me to obtain a copy of my bill for the correct amount.

Clicked on a price for Embassy Suites indicating I was getting the room for $115. Before paying they offered $25 discount for creating account where I recieved a promo code. After applying the code and hitting pay now it charged my card $185.00. I called company and was left on hold after speaking to a manager who never spoke to me on the phone. When Representative came back on the phone, she offered me an $11 discount. I never was presented with an itemized break down of my transaction indicating the charge was going from $115 to $185 after a $25 discount was applied. This company showed no concern about the Rug Pull!!!

There are many reviews to read on several sites. I got charged an unexpected fee that was more than half the cost of the hotel room I was booking. GR HAD paid for the room through booking.com, and kept the change. They are set up to make money and to make it as hard as possible to trace anything. They must have good lawyers, and their fine print probably protects them from any legal jeopardy.
