Ordered a 4 pack of flat iron steaks, 3 were okay/average and 1 was trash - and it ended up in the trash, full of gristle. The center seam wasn't the problem. Like I said and like I showed in the pics, 1 of the 4 pieces was not a flat iron steak. It was an inedible piece of fat/gristle.

AMAZING delivery of a FIRST QUALITY product. Do not hesitate to order from this company...I was so excited to find pure lard for all my baking needs. Just made two pies for Easter dinner yesterday and I was immediately transported back to my grandmother's pies. Flaky, crumbly, tender. You can't do any better than lard and you certainly can't do any better than grassland beef.
