I regret to share that my experience with the Granero team during the packing of my belongings at my house did not meet my expectations. There was a general lack of professionalism, care, and attention to quality in the packing process. The workers seemed to face a very tight schedule, which unfortunately did not allow sufficient time to pack my items properly. Additionally, the transportation from the house to the truck seemed handled with less care than I would have hoped. As my move is international, I have yet to receive my belongings at the destination. I am concerned that most of the delicate items may have been affected due to the packing and loading process. Even if everything arrives intact, the overall packing experience was disappointing enough not to recommend the company. I hope this feedback can help improve future service quality and provide useful information for potential customers.
