While the Shippo experience it self was pleasant and everyone at Shippo was helpful the insurance company they use is horrible. Xcover is the worst company we ever worked with. Package arrived damaged and they just denied coverage saying it probably wasn't packaged correctly. It also took almost 2 months of constant requesting more evidence and trying to reach them to get a "denied".
