They are a terrible business. As mentioned by others, they also delayed my move by 3 months, leaving me stranded without any stuff for multiple months. Further, they referred me to an adjustment agency to decide on the penalty amount they were supposed to pay me. They then ghosted me with the intention of simply not paying. Again, not sure why they decide this is the best way to proceed, but that's their business. And to boot, they charged me extra before making delivery, knowing that I would be in need of my stuff. Better to simply hire better movers, and avoid these people like the plague

Was charged for a 'direct delivery' (10 days from pickup) which was paid but which Roadrunner ignored. Our goods were untraceable - Roadrunner took many days to find out where they were each time the truck stopped. Roadrunner promised to measure the load and charge only for what actually shipped but they did not; they kept my guesstimate and grossly overcharged us AND HAVE NOT REPAID US FOR THEIR OVERCHARGE. Also, along the way, items went missing.

RoadRunner moved me from California to Washington last week. There were missing parts for the entire bedroom set, they did not unpack and left! the moving crew Forman took notes of the damages and missing parts and said they will reach out to help! after spending about 5K, we have no bed to sleep on and nobody cares to help us resolve this. This is still a fluid situation, but they have already earned a huge 0 Star rating before I take legal action. Update: I’m still waiting to be paid the damage award!!! These people are not honest!

Terrible company, only exists to get your belongings to a storage facility so they can look through your items and take what they please. Most items were either damaged or missing, and the “insurance “ company they use is part of the scam as they simply do not respond or do anything. Stay away at all costs and especially avoid Chris R, nothing but lies.
