United StatesI want to thank the owner of Gordo Sales, for making personal contact with me after the equipment I received failed to startup. After our conversation I ran and electrical series of tests and found that a relay had failed. Thanks for the follow-up and encouragement! Once I replaced the relay everything came on line and in the first five hours the temperature of the water in the baptistry rose from 56 to 64degrees! All is well!
