Very disappointed with the delivery times and communication. The delivery was significantly delayed, and when the items finally arrived at the store, I was often not informed — I had to check and look for them myself. They respond to emails very slowly or sometimes not at all. The customer service could be much better.
Ordered shower mixer with fake "in stock" status on web site, it appeared to be out of stock. After 2 weeks shipment item with damaged paint layer was received and reported with complain immediately, 9 days of silence, living without proper shower at home for almost a month. Update: after a direct call came to agreement that satisfied both parties. Company seems low in process claims staff, don't wait for e-mails or claims to be answered, call and talk!
