If I could give no stars I would. Do not use this company!! We initially rang 28 December to get an engineer to fix our freezer, were promised the world that it would be fixed in no time, engineer came on the 2 Jan, he said we just needed a new seal and bracket, we then get a quote through for a whole new freezer door costing £150+ additional to the initial engineer service cost, when googling seal and bracket should cost only £40, had to ring customer service 4+ times to query the quote, never got a call back just kept being told they’d look into it. Finally got answer to query (16 Feb!!) , given a measly discount for inconvenience after being told they couldn’t provide a refund for the initial call out (engineer at ours for less than 10 mins) we would have gone elsewhere to get the freezer sorted but would have lost out on money. Would not recommend, will be telling people not to use this company! Get better at providing updates to customers and giving reassurance on quotes instead of having to speak to someone different every time, and getting quotes different to what you’re told at appointment needs fixing. Reading other 1 star reviews seems like this is a pattern- just a company charging insane rates for sub par service. Avoid avoid avoid!
