For the second year in a row the premium increase was 35% £90 more than other providers. Tried to cancel on website but it refused to recognise my details from my Norton vault! Reset password but again refused to recognise new details then locked my account! Phoned and surprisingly got straight through to somewhre in South East Asia, English not good, seemed to be a party going on in the background, asked to tell her colleagues to stop the noise so that I could understand her - no luck. Wasn't interested in their website problems when I asked that they be passed up to management. Not a good experience. So renewed elsewhere.
