GBGBOnly giving 1 star because I can’t give zero. Awful experience with Gemini Accident Repair Centre Glasgow. I was sent to this place by esure. Avoid at all costs.Terrible attempt at a repair by these guys. No planning when it comes to knowing parts they need. No quality control whatsoever. Door alignment still not correct after being sent back. They left gaps in exterior trim letting water into holes in the bodywork. They had my car over 6 weeks and were still not finished. Damage to interior accessories. Sanding dust inside the car. Questionable paintwork, chipping already.If you care about your car don’t take it here, because these guys don’t care at all.
GBGBThe actual repair which they carried out on my Volvo Ex30 was excellent . The car came back as new.The service throughout the period of repair was also first class. Jane on the telephone kept in touch regularly and a friendly voice is always welcome in what can be a stressful time. Ex30

GBGBThis took forever. After the car was collected, we waited 11/2 weeks for an initial assessment. Then a further 2 weeks for the parts to come in (a boot door and new exhaust). The car then had to be returned because the (flagged up) exhaust fault had not been fixed. Another 5 days without the car. On the first drive out we noticed the steering felt 'lumpy' only to discover the tyres needed replacing- not the fault of Gemini but shocking that this was not flagged up at the garage or by the driver who drove the car 40 miles back to us. One positive was the friendly customer service but she did tell me that the app was useless and to not bother with it.
