This took forever. After the car was collected, we waited 11/2 weeks for an initial assessment. Then a further 2 weeks for the parts to come in (a boot door and new exhaust). The car then had to be returned because the (flagged up) exhaust fault had not been fixed. Another 5 days without the car. On the first drive out we noticed the steering felt 'lumpy' only to discover the tyres needed replacing- not the fault of Gemini but shocking that this was not flagged up at the garage or by the driver who drove the car 40 miles back to us. One positive was the friendly customer service but she did tell me that the app was useless and to not bother with it.
Pretty poor customer comms from hewd office. Very unhelpful person on the phone after being on hold for 30mins. Despite having a repair reference number, CSA wouldn't look it up or explain why the repair dropped off their system. Got the impression they just wanted me off the phone. "Computer says NO type of service" our local branch was great though. Nice service from 34 West Telferton Industrial Estate branch hence the rating.
Gemini repaired damage to my car following an accident, communications were great, they explained what would be repaired and timescales for repair and kept me updated throughout. It was ready on the date they said it would be ready for and on collection you couldn't tell the car had been damaged, they even washed the car for me, all staff were very friendly and professional
Gemini Accident Repair Centre Telford were absolutely brilliant! From initial contact, through updates on how the work was doing, to liaising with us to have our car ready to collect at the agreed place. We can't praise them highly enough. We have a written guarantee for the work which was excellent and they were the one experience in the whole 'no-fault' claim situation that gave us any confidence. Thank you to you and all the team.
