Gelato is very easy to use and very well thought out. It has made my work flow much easier.
Customer rejected item via Etsy due to framing and another quality issue. Contacted Gelato. Four days later waiting to hear back. Have emailed twice. Really not good enough as I’ve had to refund Etsy customer to protect my rating. Now looking for other POD suppliers.
The actual process is super simplified, and the pricing is almost too good to be true. However the quality of the garments is extremely poor, I compared items from multiple companies and gelato was by far the worst. Products came already bobbled. I have now deleted all their items off my Shopify and will not use I’m afraid.
