Great gift choices, but I’ve already sent emails and called customer service regarding my order placed on November 29th. The confirmation email stated delivery within approximately 10–20 days, but we have not received anything yet. Not even a tracking link I have not received any response to my emails or phone calls. Please get back to me as soon as possible with an update on the status of my order. Thank you.
The suitcases were nice but since they did not state the measures they were a bit small when received them
Chose "Japanske knive og strygestål, 8 dele" from their online catalogue. When the knives arrived they looked like Japanese knives made with folded steel. But they were not sharp enough. Then I put the knives under the microscope to find out that the folded steel pattern was put on a regular knive using laser engraving! This: "advertising a product which is not really the actual product" is called fraud. Then, I contacted their customer service and described the problem. They agreed with me that the name "Japanske knive" was misleading, but in the end they were not willing to help. Stay away from this company!
