I usually don’t leave reviews, but after the nightmare I went through with this company, I feel I owe it to other business owners to warn them before it’s too late. When I first signed up, I was told there was no minimum contract period and no long-term commitment. That sounded fair, so I went ahead. For the first few months, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but their service was nothing like what was promised. When I decided to switch providers, everything took a very ugly turn. Instead of handling it professionally, they became hostile and dismissive. I spent months trying to reach my account manager, and it was clear they were deliberately avoiding me. Every time I tried to get answers, I was brushed off. The most shocking part was what happened with my payments. They held onto two weeks of my shop’s sales and kept giving me contradictory stories. First, they blamed the bank for withholding the funds. Later, they admitted that they were the ones holding the money. Then came the demands: Return the machine before I could see my money. Pay a “cancellation fee” (even though I had no binding contract). And finally, a new excuse: apparently my contract was for a minimum of 12 months. I went through my paperwork line by line — there is no mention of this anywhere. At every step, it felt like I was being lied to, manipulated, and cornered. As a business owner, there’s nothing worse than knowing the people you trusted with your payments are deliberately holding your money hostage. This experience has been exhausting, stressful, and deeply frustrating. I honestly cannot put into words how much time and energy they drained from me. What should have been a simple, professional process turned into a battle just to get what was rightfully mine. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. Customer service is nonexistent once you challenge them. They use delay tactics and excuses to avoid paying you. They twist the contract to suit themselves. To me, this feels like a scam wrapped in a service contract. If you are a business owner reading this: please, please save yourself the heartache. There are companies out there that are transparent, fair, and actually care about their clients. This is not one of them. I will never forget how unprofessional and dishonest this company has been with me. This was more than just bad service — it was a betrayal of trust.
Bombarded my business with junk mail. it Took 16 months for this response so they don’t care about reviews. I own a chain of restaurants and they bombarded is with junk mail selling their services. They can report my review all they like as I have the junk mails as evidence. I will not be contacting them directly and have not and would never do business with them. Additional despite my review and unsubscribing they have sent me more unsolicited mail.dated Tuesday 12th August. I have e-mailed them again.
