Really poor Fuse don’t take 30min readings from a smart gas meter so it’s impossible to know just how much heating etc is costing! 1 reading is generated every 24 hours. Other companies take 30 min readings- not fuse. Plus. For the last few days my smart gas meter has been offline - never happened with British Gas. Fuse say it could take 3/4 weeks to get back online - note this is in winter when most gas is used. Pathetic. I’m also always really suspicious when loads of reviews name employees for their service - if there’s a pattern something is wrong

Really helpful in diagnosing issue with my Smart Meter and then, after trying a few things, arranging for an install to fix the issue. Prompt and good at responding via app (thanks to Ritam for this morning’s help and Ruby, Rishab and Elena for earlier help). Would recommend 👍🏻
