Nice for training. Confusing when subscribing. I subscribed my son for a binding membership for a year in 2024. We decided to cancel the membership after the year passed as it was becoming more expensive. The price has come to 499 per month, it was less when I first subscribed him. Upon cancellation, the app offered us 2 free months if we choose to continue for a year. That was a good offer so we renewed the subscribtion. Then the next month I was charged 599 and not the 499 that I used to pay. Why 599, and what happened to the 2 free months? I wrote a review here which resulted in the following explanation from customer service :" You are under 18 and can`t therefore have a binding period on your membership, that’s why the offer was not registered. The monthly price without binding is NOK 599, which is what you are currently paying. We have offered you 50% discount in 2 months instead." But we just paid 499 the month before?? It is quite confusing. We are taking the offer for now, but will probably unsubscribe later. Otherwise my son is quite satisfied with the training options. Therefore we give 4 for training and 2 for clarity and payment policies etc which gives a 3 overall. Thank you (Case number 03488604)

Terrible Experience – Be Careful with Fresh Fitness! I had a very disappointing experience with Fresh Fitness. I have a membership there and received an email promoting a “bring a friend for free for one day” offer. I shared the link with my 14-year-old son, who filled out the form. Unfortunately, the form required a bank card to complete, so he used mine. What we didn’t realize is that, even though he was too young to use the gym (he’s only 14 and not allowed entry), they still started charging 526 NOK per month to my account — without any real confirmation or warning. I only discovered this after two months of payments being taken. When I called to complain, they told me they would continue to charge until the membership was canceled — even though my son couldn’t even use the gym in the first place. No help, no understanding, and no refund. This feels like a dishonest way to trap people into subscriptions. Be very careful — they might keep taking money from your account even if you’re not actually using their services
