Poor customer service. I waited a significant period of time for a quote. Another customer relayed her ordeal of the insurer going out of business and her policy was cancelled. I was provided a quote for $1200 for 6 months of bare minimum coverage only to be called 9 days later and asked for an additional $50/mo for a 3 day coverage lapse in the prior year. I asked to cancel the coverage and wasn't contacted until a week later to confirm I wanted to cancel. I purchased new coverage for twice my down payment on Freeway's coverage. I am assuming I won't get a refund because 14 days have conveniently passed.
