If you want to file your own report, go to FinCEN’s website and search for “FinCEN Need Assistance” or visit: fincen.gov → Need Assistance section. In my opinion, doing nothing and waiting until the platform disappears with the bitcoins is the worst option. Filing reports creates an official record and increases pressure — especially when many users report the same issue. Don’t worry, no one will contact you — they handle it internally.

SCAMMERS!!!! THEY SAY THEY ARE SHUTTING DOWN FOR GOOD AND NOT ALLOWING THE USERS TO WITHDRAW THEIR BITCOIN. I HAVE EMAILED MULTIPLE TIMES AND THEY SEND A ROBOT EMAIL THAT THEY WILL GET BACK TO YOU AND NEVER DO. I HAVE USED THIS SITE FOR YEARS AND NEVER HAD ISSUES UNTIL NOW. THEY WONT TELL YOU EXACTLY WHEN THE SITE IS SHUTTING DOWN AND IT APPEARS THAT THEY ARE BLOCKING USERS FROM GETTING THEIR BTC THAT I ORIGINALLY DEPOSITED OVER 4 YEARS AGO

I have been a regular user of this website since 2020. And I was able to deposit and withdraw. But now in 2026 im still waiting for my withdrawal i made back in September 2025. Im not sure if they still make any payments, until im able to withdraw don't put ur money on the site.
