We own two Forst ST6 Chippers and for a year and a half they have been trouble free as they are brilliantly engineered. However, one of them had a cutting out issue. I called "Forst Assist" as it was still under warranty (3 Years). They arranged an engineer to attend my site the next morning. The engineer (Kyle) was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. He explained what he intended to do and got it done quickly. Additionally, he noticed another broken part and repaired that there and then too. Forst make great machines and back up their after sales care swiftly, professionally and diligently.

From carrying out day to day tree work I have been using Forst Chippers for sometime now.
