So, the dinkytoy app has not been working for weeks. Now they finnaly put up new ticket machines. So you think they work? Trick question. Of course they dont. It worked on the swedish side but going home not one of the threee worked. And as usuall with the braindead staff they have insted of helping he just locked the door and runs and hide. A pizzeria run by a guy that just landed here does a better job then this joke of a company.

Price is 2x for a 0.4 time ride compared to similar in DK. We take the car now and it takes 20-22 min longer however with BroBizz and Electric power it is still 500kr cheaper.

Worst, most unbelievable service ever! We had forgotten our bizz and so drove to the office and asked -- was told to buy full price ticket hold onto the receipt and call in to get refund next day. I called and was told by three people, sorry, we do not refund for forgotten BIZZes! I WAS LIED TO BY THEIR EMPLOYEE, and they simply did not care. I forgot it before, a few years ago and it was not a problem, just got a refund, just like you do on the Bridge, but no no! New rules. The ferry was crowded, food was bad and overpriced. Take the Bridge and save money and upset.

Please don’t never take this ferry if you can avoid it and be carefull with the price. They refuse to pay you back if you make a complain.
