I’ve been on GLP-1 through another provider but I switched to hers because I thought it would be more convenient and (slightly) less expensive. It isn’t working for me at all. I think hers is a lower potency than what I’ve been using so it costs me more because I have to use more. And, they didn’t send me a reminder that they were going to send a new refill so I’m stuck with another two months.

So far it's been a great experience. I've had some small side effects which were to be expected with adjusting to the medication. It's also encouraged me to exercise and to eat a lot healthier. Already do I feel the effects even from a small dose. I'm excited to see more changes in the future!
The application experience was seamless and so was speaking with a provider. Getting someone to answer a question, however, has taken several days instead of the four hours advertised. The app only allows you to log things daily instead of allowing you to go back if you miss a day or two (due to traveling or other factors).
The website has been very responsive when I have had a question or concern
