The course was straight forward and easy to follow. Very comprehensive also. The quizzes at the end of each section were more than adequate exam preparation, making the final assessment much easier.
The course is excellent, with clear and concise information, and the administrative support is outstanding and always helpful when needed.

The modules and the videos were very clear and understandable to do the courses and the quizzes. And learned a lot of new information especially with the health, sanitation and cleanliness of the restaurant or barestablishment
