Loved all my fodhak, absolutely delicious, only bad part was that it arrived in a massive box and it could of been half the size. I really liked the chocolate one,
Scam! DO NOT SIGN UP FOT IT!! THEY DONT ALLOW YOU YO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS!! YOULL HAVE TO CHANGE YOUR BANK CARD TO GET OUT OF THIS SCAM HELL! I emailed them asking to cancel subscription. I tried their website to do that which didn't worked. No way to opt out no matter what. Now 8 have to keep my card "temporary blocked" and yet for 2 days I unblocked it. They charged me. I need refund. But they just ignore you. I will be reporting them to relevant authorities and contact my bank regarding it but just beware most SCUMMY SCAMS. They do send you some bullshit low quality crap calling it a good/meal, but fact they refuse your cancellation is main issue. And to be honest. Meals they charge 8-9, is same exact you can get ready meals in Tesco for 3-5 AT BEST. I personally think Tesco cheapest ready meals better quality too so...
Although there products are nice and tasty their delivery is rubbish as my box on more than one occasion has been returned to them and not delivered. I also struggled to reach them and get a refund. Wouldn’t risk again as the hassle is not worth it sadly.
The food is excellent and the vegan weight loss diet really does work. However, I had issues with delivery twice, neither of which were Foodhak's fault, one of which was DPD's fault, who contacted me to tell me to contact Foodhak, which was annoying as it feels like they should inform Foodhak and FoodHak should reach out as part of their customer service. Contacting Foodhak to try to sort this out was difficult, responses were slow and when they did respond they misunderstood. I am still awaiting my fourth box, which should have been delivered today - and there is no show or indication it is coming, so I will have to chase again. Even so, having done it a week and off a week due to no show x3, I have lost a whole stone without ever feeling hungry and loving every mouthful! Imagine how good this experience might have been if I got all 4 boxes consecutively.
