SpainThe food is good, really good BUT the custom service is absolutely a mess. We have ordered two times to our home. Both times, logistics problems. The last one, 4 packs arrived unfreeze. We recorded a video for no doubts and even though, they said that the packs were frozen. Just because they say it. That's their proof. Terrible
SpainMy dog loves the food, since she has begun to eat it, her fur and gastrointestinal health are better. I have the chance to choose between different proteins so she changes the menu along the month.
SpainOur dog really enjoys the receip and taste of the food. They're always on time on their comands and the food is still frozen when delivered. Cant really complain about anything but, if i had to mention one thing, i'd try to improve the format of the packet of the food so i could close it once opened.
SpainKira is on her ideal weigh since she eats Food For Joe. She loves it and always waits for her ration impatiently! Good timing on deliveries.
