United KingdomThe products themselves are really good (Quickstep Impressive) and the colour match to a previously laid section is excellent. However delivery is seriously flawed. I ordered over six weeks prior to my selected delivery date (shown as available). Some items arrived a day late and the rest four days later (Incizo Bars). This gave me a real problem as I needed to start at a doorway (to align with previous installation) and had assigned the week to installing the floor in a kitchen/dinner. I had spent the previous weekend preparing for the laying of the floor and basically need not have bothered. A whole working week wasted! I was surprised to receive an email from the courier, in advance of due date, warning me not to take any notice of a dispatch confirmation from ‘Flooring Supplies’. There is obviously something going on between them and I’ll probably never know who is at fault. All I can say is not to rely on a promised delivery date as, like me, you will lose a productive week of your life😡
United KingdomI contacted Flooring Supplies to enquire about buying the same floor I had purchased from them over 10 years ago. Though i knew this would be a great challenge, it was very important to me that we had the same look and feel throughout the home. Casey from their Sales Team was very helpful and understanding in my enquiry. She spent time and effort ensuring the sample was going to be a good match. I was so ecstatic that it was an exact match and Casey was able to get the floor out to me the next day. This is something a chat bot would have not been able to help with so thank you Casey for your time and support. Keep up the great customer service engagements.
