We stayed in the Helmond Fletcher hotel 5 nights. The first night we had to ask reception to send a cleaner because the room was very dirty, full of dust and impossible to sleep. They didn’t replace soap and toilet paper during our stay and one of the days left only one clean towel instead of two. The beds were very uncomfortable, pillows terrible and was impossible to sleep. On top of that the climate control didn’t work, it was very hot and we ended up leaving the windows open to try to cool the room, listening a constant noise from the road! No way this hotel is 4 starts, 2 will be a complement!

Hotel location is very good and calm. We love it. The receptionists are very friendly. Room service was very good 👍 Breakfast was great as usual in Fletchers 👍. Our stay was great. Thanks 🙏

Very nice room very nice wellness we been for the second time and it still a beautiful place to be ! Breakfast was good and così restaurant! We will go again soon
