NLNLWe chose Fletcher Hotel-Restaurant 's-Hertogenbosch despite the terrible reviews on google because we did not believe them. We assumed that a 4-star hotel that is a reasonable price (100,- Eur per night) cannot be that bad. This was a very big mistake. This hotel is by no means 4-stars. They charge a 4-star price but the reality is that this is like a side-road motel, 2-stars maximum. Everywhere it was dirty and I mean EVERYWHERE. The AC was so loud we could not use it and we could not open the windows because of mosquitos, we boiled in the room. The matrasses were of the poorest possible quality, the bed was so soft you sink in it. We got zero sleep. Absolutely horrendous. I want my money back, I feel so ripped off. This room should not have cost more than 60,- Euros.
NLNLExcessive SPAM, STOP already!While the hotels are ok and staff on location are friendly, their customer service (online) is a joke. Response times are over a week and the amount of SPAM they send you once your email address is in their system is incredible. 2 or 3 mails a day, each day, every day. I have unsubscribed, blocked, marked as spam and there is simply no way to stop their junk emails from flooding my inbox. I will NEVER spend a single dollar at their hotels again and will send a registered letter to head offices to ask to STOP sending endless SPAM.
DKDKThere is a nice hotel but if you have anything valuable in your car then you have to be prepared for someone to come and take your things and they don't have surveillance cameras in the parking lot. Good luck to the next person who gets their things taken😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬
