United KingdomMy first experience with Fixter was great, so I didn’t expect any issues this time. Unfortunately, this booking was very disappointing.I booked an MOT with collection and delivery two weeks ago. The driver arrived later than the two-hour collection window in the morning, not ideal but still manageable. However, after the MOT was completed, the car wasn’t returned on time either. What really worried me was that the garage had already closed, and my wife needed the car the next morning.In the end, my car was delivered back at around 19:45, roughly five hours after receiving the MOT completed SMS. I reported the issue to Fixter straight away, but it has now been two weeks with no response at all.It’s disappointing, especially after a previously positive experience. Reliable communication and sticking to agreed time windows should be the minimum for a service like this.

I usually opt for collection & delivery so the driver notified me as to when he would arrive and when I could expect the car back. Brilliant service all round. Highly recommended.
