ITITI had a very disappointing experience with Fiscozen.At the beginning, everything went well. My first accountant was excellent—she was responsive, clear in her explanations, and you could really feel that she cared about helping the client. Unfortunately, things changed significantly when my accountant was replaced around the tax filing period.The new accountant gave the impression that his priority was simply to complete the process quickly, rather than ensuring a correct or favorable outcome. I faced a complex issue with double taxation and provided all the necessary information honestly and in detail. However, instead of helping me find the best possible solution, he proposed an outcome that was clearly to my disadvantage, resulting in financial loss.Another major issue occurred when I accidentally closed my Partita IVA. I immediately asked for guidance on reopening it, and I was told that I needed to open a new one with higher taxation. This was incorrect. After verifying directly with the Agenzia delle Entrate, I discovered that it was actually possible to reopen the same Partita IVA under the same tax regime. This lack of accurate guidance is extremely concerning.Furthermore, I requested a very standard document—something that any commercialista should be able to provide. My request was refused multiple times, each time with different and inconsistent reasons. Initially, I was told that he had no knowledge of my late invoices. Following his instructions, I uploaded everything to the Agenzia delle Entrate system and also sent all documents directly to him. Despite this, he continued to claim that he had no knowledge of the invoices, which was both confusing and frustrating.I am extremely disappointed because the approach was not customer-focused. Instead of helping resolve issues, I found myself dealing with more complications, especially regarding taxation.Lastly, I noticed that there was little to no effort to help optimize tax deductions. On the contrary, it seemed that there was a tendency to reject valid deductions. For example, I repeatedly provided proof of rental payments under a contract with automatic renewal. Despite this, the response was simply that the contract was “expired,” which is incorrect and does not reflect an understanding of standard contract terms.Overall, my experience went from very positive to extremely frustrating. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service.
If you have the simplest of business, very linear, no curveballs and preferably “forfettario” they are perfect for you. For EVERYONE else I’m afraid you will be left alone, sooner or later, in the worst time. In my particular case after a few months they decided to refund what was paid to them because they couldn’t follow me anymore due to “regime rimpatriati”. Which would have been fine however, there’s a rush in getting you registered and ready to become the next client, without actually every going into the nitty gritty of the details until it’s too late. On the positive side their staff on the online chat is honestly outstanding. Real People not bots which is great. However I was first dropped out of the blue, but with the promise that I could keep using their service of invoices generation and a few months after suddenly lost ALL access to their service without receiving a SINGLE email highlight that it would happen. Randomly out of the blue, no explanation given or way to restore access.
