GBGBHad someone come round to provide a quote and spent the first 45 minutes talking about the company’s history and a lot of irrelevant information. All I needed was a quick measurement and a quote.Only after the long discussion did he ask what we were actually looking for. I explained that we only wanted to replace a damaged window panel, not the entire window. He then said along the lines of, “Oh, we only do full window replacements. I should have asked that first.”A complete waste of 45 minutes that could have been resolved in 5.
