The delivery times are not true! They say fast delivery it has been almost three weeks. Disgrace
I had ordered a painting. I was emailed that this has been delivered, but it has not reached me. I had emailed the customer support, but I have not received any reply. Really disappointed with their services. My painting is still missing.
As stated by other dissatisfied customers , i ordered this product as a Christmas present from what i believed was a UK company to find out later that the 48 hour delivery was a joke as the item would not arrive until after Christmas. I attempted to cancel the order on 20th December and was told i was to late and would have to accept the order and return it. Once the order arrived i contacted the customer service dept on the 3rd Jan. and was given the return address in China. The cost of sending this unopened item back was extortionate £19.80. I once again contacted the customer help on the 6th Jan stating I was not happy and did not get a reply until the 24th Jan . This reply could no account of points raised or my dissatisfaction. At the start of ordering it does not clearly state that the 48 hour delivery time is not for all products. it states that delivery will be by Royal Mail, which it is not. Customer service is a joke and does not help with issues As a consequence i have an unopened package i do not want and a company who it appears do not care for their customers .Why as most companies in my experience do you not allow returns back to your UK depot? I have tried to resolve this issue before posting here to give the company an opportunity to resolve my issues , but they have failed spectacularly. For your reference my order no is #1079406U
I ordered 3 items and received 2 of them in separate shipments. The 3rd item was not with either shipment so I figured it would be coming on its own. I threw away the outside packaging & timing was that it went out for trash pickup before I received an email that all items were delivered. I responded to that email & received an auto generated reply that they would reach out within 24-48 hours. When that time had gone by I received an email that my issue was resolved due to inactivity. I emailed back to see if the missing item was shipped. They sent transaction history showing requests for pictures & some other follow up that I never received. I explained that I no longer had the outside packaging & was only able to send a picture of the box with the 2nd item in it. I used PayPal to pay for these items and opened a case with them. After doing that I received an email letting me know the 3rd item was being reshipped (arrived today). I'm not sure if the response was to my communication or because PayPal contacted them, but I received my 3rd item. So if you order more than one item, keep your packaging until you've received everything just in case you need to send them pictures.
