GermanyHighly recommend. Easy to submit claims and helpful/customer focused support. We purchased the most expensive coverage but is still great value for money. Being able to give my dog the best treatment we could give him, without worrying about cost, was a great comfort during a really difficult time.
GermanyClaims are easy to do via their online portal. But email confirmation could be faster as it took them days to confirm albeit automated response. I encountered a problem uploading a PDF copy of the invoice. The file is ~9mb and max allowable upload is 13mb but is throwing an error saying the file is too large.
GermanyVery good customer service and they speak English. Great choice of pet insurance cover. Vet invoices are acknowledged and paid quickly. Explanations are clear and helpful . I had some issues with the website but was given given excellent support and advice. Would highly recommend
